Cool day ... resting and meditating under the trees.

The weather is cooler here today due to a tropical storm moving through the Gulf of Mexico. We are hoping for some rain, but definitely do not want any flooding.

 

This week in Meditation Class we focused on Whales and had amazing meditations.  Next week we are studying Dolphins !!!
