Friday Meditation with Deer November 6 2020

Lovely afternoon here.  I am outside, enjoying the fresh air and watching the deer walk by.

I included a short reading from "Anam Cara" Spiritual Wisdom from the Celtic World by John O'Donohue.  Anam Cara means "soul friend".  This is a beautiful and very heartening book.

I will post another meditation podcast tomorrow.
