Sunday Meditation Podcast ~ March 6 2022 Walk in the Park and Mini-Vacation to buy local honey !!!

Today I gave myself a mini-vacation.  I drove out to the country north and east of Atlanta to buy some local honey.  It was a beautiful day and I had a lovely visit with the family who keeps more than 125 hives and produces many pounds of Raw Honey every year.  I had a great time !!!

On my way back home, I stopped in a local park and recorded this podcast with a walking meditation.
