
Here we are at a new week. The weather is beautiful today. Several Butterflies came by as I was recording, always a joyful sight.
How are you doing? I hope wherever you are and whatever you are doing that everything is going well. We definitely live very challenging times or we could say, "very interesting times".
The meditations we do on my podcast and in meditation class are designed to help us deal with our daily stress and the stress of "challenging times". One reason is that stress, especially ongoing stress, has a very negative effect on our Immune Systems. Especially now, we need our Immune Systems to be functioning as effectively as possible.
