Sunday Morning Walking Meditation November 8 2020

Another lovely day here with blue skies, puffy white clouds, and soft breezes.

Here in the United States, we seem to have survived Election Week.  I am sure there will be plenty of political posturing and a range of amazing rhetoric in the days ahead.  And, I am confident we will get through that as well.

For the first part of our Sunday morning meditation, I did a "walking meditation" and included several suggestions about reaching out to Friends and Family who may be upset with the election returns.

Trust you and all your family are doing well.  I will be finishing our current book. "King of the Wind" for Storytime this evening.  If you have any suggestions for our next book, let me know in the comments.
