The Big Freeze !!!

Temperatures here in Central Texas and all points North are below freezing and have been since Thursday.  These very cold weather conditions are expected to continue thru Tuesday or Wednesday.  Yikes ... !!!

In meditation class this week we are focusing on "finding the Miracles in our lives".  We are getting Better and Better at noticing "Miracles".  This is an excellent spiritual exercise for re-training our attention and our neurons to a different perspective.  We are having a good time with this exercise.
