
If you ever have a day or a time when you can't seem to sit still long enough to meditate, there is an alternative. Or if you can't seem to "slow down" your Busy Brain in order to sit quietly, you can always do a walking meditation.
Some "walking meditations" are more formal than others. Regardless of the style you use, you can still get real value from a walking meditation. I have recorded a walking meditation on this podcast. Let me know if it is useful for you.
