Meditation is such a good way to start the day and the week. As you may know by now, I love to meditate outside, by a tree providing lots of fresh Oxygen !!!
We know that Trees are like Oxygen Factories, taking in Carbon Dioxide and releasing Oxygen !!! Absolutely Amazing and one of those Gifts from Nature that we tend to take for granted !!!
This morning I read another story from, Zen Flesh, Zen Bones, compiled by Paul Reps and Nyogen Senzaki. It is an interesting story about a Fox.
Have a Wonderful Day.
