This past week in meditation class we studied the Redwoods, most of which are on the northwest coast of the US. For our meditation practice, we did a guided meditation being in the Redwoods. Everyone loved doing that particular meditation so I decided to record a similar one and post it on my Podcast for Everyone.

It was a very busy and emotional day. One good friend had a birthday. Another good friend's mother passed away due to the Covid-19 virus. My feelings went from Happiness and Joy to Grief and Sadness. So, about an hour before Sunset, I took a walk to enjoy the rain-fresh air and soak up the peace of the evening. Whew ... !!! Thank Goodness for Creation ... !!!

The weather is cooler here today due to a tropical storm moving through the Gulf of Mexico. We are hoping for some rain, but definitely do not want any flooding.
This week in Meditation Class we focused on Whales and had amazing meditations. Next week we are studying Dolphins !!!
